I’m gonna guess that the court has no standing given the defendants locations. That’s my guess too. I seriously doubt they are going to even look at the “evidence” presented. They will stop after finding a lack of jurisdiction, esp considering he’s attempting to hold foreign nationals criminally responsible for the “crime” of being mean to him on the internet and trying to apply a Croatian criminal code that is inapplicable.
His reaction to it is also a game worth playing. He’ll rail about the injustice of it all and how the M7 got away with the crime of the century because they do not live within the borders of Croatia. He’ll imply that the case would be successful if he had the money to hire counsel in all 4 countries. Then in his best Atticus Finch impression, he’ll suggest that there needs to be an international convention on internet harassment/defamation negotiated in The Hague.
He’ll then struggle to affix the word “criminal” to the M7. Perhaps sneaking in the past tense, as in they “were criminal defendants”.
Ever notice that he always fails in situations where he does not have complete control over?
